Our Mission
We exist to equip the saints in the wisdom of Scripture, sending them out as the hands and feet of Christ in their homes, workplaces, and communities.

Our Vision
We envision a church where every member is a mature, equipped disciple, marked by Christlike selflessness not only within these walls but also in their homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods. We envision believers so grounded in Scripture that they naturally multiply: discipling others and serving their communities as an extension of Christ’s hands and feet.
Our Foundation
Ephesians 4:12–14 (ESV)
12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,
13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,
14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.
Paul’s vision in Ephesians 4:12-14 for the local church was never a building people visit, but a body that gets built up and then goes out. The pastors, teachers, and leaders exist for one purpose: to equip the saints, not to do the ministry for them, but to prepare them to do it themselves. Rising Tide Church takes this seriously as our founding purpose. We exist to build up believers so they overflow into their communities; we are a training ground. Our members are not the audience of the ministry; they are the ministry, carried into their workplaces, their neighborhoods, and their families.
We believe a congregation that is truly equipped in the wisdom of Scripture will not need to be told to serve. Christlike selflessness will become their instinct, not their assignment. The most effective way to inspire others toward Jesus is allowing our daily lives, especially how we navigate challenges, resolve conflict, and serve others, to reflect His love. As supported by 1 John 3:18 and James 2:17, true faith manifests not merely in word or talk, but in active, living truth. We desire our church family to live so distinctively that those who do not know Christ will be drawn to Him simply by knowing His people, compelling them to discover the source of hope and grace that sets the believer apart.
